What is the Artola Affiliate Program?
The Artola Affiliate Program is a way for you to earn money by promoting our products to your network. You will receive a unique link that you can share on social media or your website, and any sales made through that link will earn you a commission.
What commission rates do you offer?
As an affiliate, you will earn a 10% commission on the total sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
Is there any cost to become an affiliate?
No, it's a free program.
When and how do I receive my commission payments?
Commission payments are processed monthly via PayPal. Artola Planner extends all transactions each month, so your initial payment for sales will be processed 60 days after the sale. This means that if you make a sale in January, you can expect to receive your payment in late March.
All you need to do is link your PayPal account to your affiliate profile in the account settings.
How does Artola Planner account for returns or cancellations?
Affiliates are not entitled to commissions on refunded sales.
If a customer purchases products through your affiliate links but later decides to return the items, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your affiliate account.
To ensure a smooth process, we hold all affiliate payments until the end of our return period. We’ll review all commissions earned and then pay only the ones that are valid orders that have not been returned or canceled.
Can I join your affiliate program if I am outside the United States?
Yes, you can join our affiliate program, regardless of your location. However, it's important to mention that our products are currently exclusive to the United States market. Even if you're based outside of the US, you can still sign up as an affiliate and earn commissions by referring customers within the US.
